Change team access code

Everyone logs in with this one code. If the CRM is on the internet, use a long one. Changing it does not log anyone out. Download a backup of the database any time.

Email sending (SMTP)

For Gmail use smtp.gmail.com, port 587, the Gmail address as user, and a Google App Password (create at myaccount.google.com → Security → 2-Step Verification → App passwords — the normal Gmail password will not work).
